Sometimes everything comes together and you just breathe a sigh of relief at your timing and luck. That’s exactly what happened for this gorgeous family’s maternity session by Elk Lake, Victoria BC!
We had just rescheduled our session to an earlier date because of weather or a schedule conflict… in can’t remember… We ended up having a glorious day full of sunshine and warmth, as you can tell. Mom was feeling great, walking comfortably and even wiggled out of her fall sweater and boots to create the final image. Please trust me when I say that it’s a huge accomplishment in your final weeks of pregnancy to pull off boots by the side of your car!
As I drove home contemplating all the great moments we’d just captured, mommy-to-be was starting to feel some twinges. Less than 24 hours later, beautiful baby boy Jimmy Mac was born!
